STANDARD models work great indoors. Great for hardwood, carpet and tile floors. They work well at home, at school, in grocery stores or other areas with flat surfaces with no obstacles. If you plan to use a Standard scooter outdoors please be aware that they are subject to sudden, unexpected stops when using on sidewalks, patios or asphalt because the hard rubber wheels can lock up suddenly when running over a small pebble or sidewalk crack. Flat 3-inch-thick foam seats are very comfortable. Standard models come with a large basket, dual locking brake, adjustable handlebars/seat and they fold down for easy transport. Popular with just about everyone, adults and kids 8 years old and up. Don't forget to rent 2 scooters if you have a 2-story home, many people get one for upstairs, one for downstairs. We’ve tested every knee scooter available and our customers vastly prefer the models that we rent over every model on the market.
